Revision dated 28 August 2026.
These Terms govern use of the Build Systems administrative cabinet by authorised employees and contractors of a developer, management, service or other organisation granted access (the “Organisation”). They are not the Organisation's consumer terms with purchasers, property holders or residents using the client application.
Build Systems is the trading name of a software platform, not the name of the Organisation. The legal platform supplier is the party identified in the Organisation's B2B agreement for provision of Build Systems. Organisation details from client documents are not inserted into these Terms.
An account is created or approved by the Organisation. A user confirms that they act within their employment, contractual and cabinet-assigned authority. Access does not create a power of attorney, signing authority, authority over funds or another power unless separately granted by law, contract or a proper document.
A user must keep login credentials and verification methods confidential, never share an account, use personal access and promptly report compromise or incorrectly granted permissions to the Organisation's administrator.
The cabinet is used only for the Organisation's business tasks: managing projects and property, clients and staff, requests, notifications, documents, payment and service processes, analytics and authorised integrations. Unauthorised access, circumvention, extraction without business need, interference, malicious code and personal use of data are prohibited.
A user must verify entered data, recipients, amounts, statuses and files before saving or sending. Account actions are logged to the extent necessary for security, audit and contract performance.
Data about clients, staff, property, contracts and operations is protected information of the relevant persons and the Organisation. A user processes it only with a business basis, to the necessary extent and in accordance with the Organisation's internal rules, contracts and Kazakhstan law.
Data must not be moved to personal clouds, messengers, devices or third-party services without Organisation approval. When authority ends, access and retained business copies must cease or be transferred under the Organisation's procedure.
A button click, status change, log entry or ordinary authentication records a technical platform action but does not itself replace a document, handwritten signature or digital signature where law or contract requires a special form. A legally significant mode applies only where the relevant process says so expressly.
Functions may be updated or temporarily restricted for maintenance, security or incident response. Availability, support, backup, response times and party liability are governed by the agreement between the platform supplier and the Organisation. These Terms do not amend a user's employment or services agreement with the Organisation.
Rights in the platform, code, interface and documentation belong to their respective rights holders. Access is granted only for the Organisation's authorised use and does not transfer exclusive rights.
The Organisation or platform supplier may restrict access when authority ends or where there is a security threat or breach of these Terms, law or contract. Emergency blocking may be used to prevent harm, followed by review under the applicable procedure.
For access, authority, data or business-action questions, a user contacts the Organisation's administrator or responsible person. Legal supplier contacts and the claim procedure appear in the Organisation's platform agreement. Kazakhstan law and the relevant agreements apply.
Continued work after the Terms are displayed confirms notice of the cabinet rules but does not replace separate consent, an employer act, power of attorney or contract where one is required.
Revision dated 28 August 2026.
This Notice applies to Organisation employees and contractors using the Build Systems administrative cabinet. It does not replace the Organisation's client policy published in the mobile application for purchasers, property holders and residents.
The Organisation issues accounts, determines business purposes, roles and access for its staff and contractors, and performs its duties as employer and participant in personal-data processing. Build Systems is a software platform. The legal platform supplier and allocation of data owner, operator and third-party roles are determined by Kazakhstan law and the supplier's agreement with the Organisation.
Developer details from the client policy are not the Build Systems supplier's details and are not inserted here. The legal supplier and contacts appear in the Organisation's B2B platform agreement.
Data may include name, work contacts, login, position, Organisation, assigned roles and projects; session, device, IP-address and security data; login, change, send, export and other action history; support requests; and business data created or processed by the user within their authority.
The cabinet is not intended for unnecessary employee personal data. The Organisation determines the necessary and sufficient scope, provides legally required notices and obtains separate consent where required.
Data is used for authentication, access and role management, Organisation business processes, protection of clients and data, abuse prevention, action audit, support, incident investigation, service operation and performance of the platform agreement.
Grounds are determined by applicable law, employment and other relationships, Organisation acts and the platform agreement. Signing in confirms technical authentication and notice, but is not separate consent for marketing, biometrics, public dissemination or processing that requires an independent ground.
Access is limited to authorised persons of the Organisation, platform supplier and engaged technical providers to the necessary extent, and public authorities where required by law. Organisation data is logically segregated. Personal data is not sold.
The primary working database is located in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Individual technical providers and cross-border transfer may be used only with a lawful basis, required contractual and security safeguards and, where necessary, separate consent.
Account data is retained while the Organisation needs access. After blocking, some logs, backups and action records may remain for security, disputes, contract and mandatory requirements, then be deleted, blocked or anonymised.
Role separation, logging, protected transmission, backup and other organisational and technical measures are used. A user must protect credentials, their work device and confidential information and report an incident to the Organisation's administrator.
Subject to law, a user may request processing information, access, correction, blocking or deletion and challenge unlawful processing. The first contact is the employer, customer or Organisation administrator because the Organisation grants access and determines business purposes. Platform-operation enquiries may be passed to the supplier through contacts in the B2B agreement.
The current revision is published on the login page. Material changes are communicated through the Organisation or interface; separate consent is requested only where legally required.
